High Potential Coaching: Accelerate the readiness of your high potential leaders to take to the next position. They learn how to deal with leadership challenges and obstacles, build awareness on personal strengths to better tap into them, and increase vigilance and development on their blind spots.
New Position Coaching: Taking a new position is never easy. What has been the individual’s success drivers in the past might hold them back in a new position. Coaching helps leaders to fill up the “new costume,” to focus on the right topics and priorities, to position your new team for success, to manage intentionally your “stakeholders’ etc.
